With American values on the line, and conservatives being attacked in the very streets for simply standing up for the Constitution, make no mistake America we are at war. While it is not a violent war with guns and tanks being used yet, it is one of the lefts deep corruption being outed by our President and him being attacked for it on almost a daily basis.
Ever since the 2016 election where Donald J. Trump handily defeated Hillary Clinton in the electoral college, Democrats, Socialists, Progressives, Antifa, and most of the media have attacked him on every issue. Unable to tout an impeachable offense Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi announced a formal impeachment hearing into the President. Though not unprecedented in this country, it is highly unusual that an impeachment investigation would be started for so very little.
The United States State Department announced in August of 2019 that it was taking another look at the Clinton email scandal, President Trump in August speaks with the Ukraine Prime Minister about payments then Vice President Joe Biden withheld to the country until the prosecutor that was looking into Hunter Biden was fired, and wanting an investigation both from the U.S. side and the Ukrainian side of things.
Democrats panicked, they had done everything they could to Trump do far and nothing had stuck, so they had one last card to play, they have to do it in order to minimize the corruption scandal they themselves face as the Hunter Biden scandal is now exposed, pretty much assuring that Joe Biden will not be the Democratic Nominee for the 2020 election.
With Joe Biden slipping Elizabeth Warren has slid firmly into the lead, Democratic Donors on Wall Street announced yesterday, that they will withdraw support for the party if Warren is the DNC’s pick. Her socialist anti-capitalistic agenda of high wealth taxes on the big corporations has forced them to tell the DNC ” If she is your pick, we will support Donald Trump.
With Robert Francis O’Rourke (Beto) calling for the confiscation of AR-15 and AK-47’s it has tipped the hand of the party, showing that they do intend to force more gun control down the throat of the American people if they are elected. No country has ever been turned Communist with an armed populace, in fact Communism is responsible for more than a 100 million people executed without anyway to defend themselves. Socialism is just a Democratic form of Communism.
Antifa attacks on the streets of Portland or Antifa attacks at ICE facilities, the taking down of the American flag at Government Facilities in Colorado, and the mass of shootings recently can all point toward our countries slow encroachment of that line to civil war. With massive Climate Change Demonstrations worldwide, the Hong Kong Riots, and the Brexit vote in the UK, the world is tired of the left and are starting to fight back.
If Donald Trump Jr. had been the person involved in the Ukraine scandal instead of Hunter Biden, you can be assured we would see it on ever majoy media outlet until they had played it for all it was worth. The media conglomerates in America don’t like Trump, not even Fox, some of the board members of Fox have called for Fox to distance itself from Trump in an attempt to seem more mainstream. Mainstream to who, the left media? How dare you Fox, CNN, and all of the other media groups, call it for what it is, do your jobs, gather information and report the facts without bias.
All of this media hype, all of this hate toward our President is a declaration of war on America. It is an attempted coup of the U.S. because the Democrats did not like the outcome of an election where their very bad candidate was not elected. If you want to win an election, bring an candidate that is not a “crook.”
A coup is a violent seizure of the government, and these people do not have guns some might say. Well they certainly will try to use the rule of law to force out the President and use the men with guns to do their bidding, so my argument is that you do not have to have a gun to commit a coup, you can do it with a pen just as well.
The deal in Ukraine where Biden withheld funding pending the firing of a prosecutor looking into his Son may well be the end of his campaign, but it assuredly is just the start of his troubles with many House Republicans calling for a full investigation into his conduct both with regards to Ukraine but also in China where Hunter Biden made a trip with Joe to China and was given huge financial gain shortly thereafter.
With the recent decision to hold impeachment inquiries concerning a whistle blower complaint that remains anonymous. According to the President the source of the complaint is a biased staffer who has no knowledge of the subject matter and is just bitter emotionally over the 2016 election.
According to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s announcement of the proceeding there was no high crime or misdemeanor announced that they would be investigating. Instead of doing a probe into the whistleblower complaint to see if there is merit Speaker Pelosi, under pressure from the ever growing socialist left caved and announced this move.
This move is what President Trump has been wanting from the beginning, without any crime and having had the Mueller Report end without finding any collusion between the President and Russia, this will assuredly move even more of the shrinking left’s voter base to the right. In order to appease a small percentage of their voter base, Pelosi, Schumer and the older Democrats seem eager to please them and move inch by inch toward socialist oblivion.
Young progressive socialists are changing the party, almost creating a third party. With moderate Democrats like Tulsi Gabbard and Joe Biden seeming like outsiders to them, shunned, is assures a 2020 victory for President Trump. America has never voted well for a socialist candidate, with no candidate who outwardly professed socialist ideals ever getting the primary nomination from one of the two political parties.
President Trump has long held that an impeachment proceeding would both find nothing, and be the disastrous for the Democrats in the 2020 election across the board, with less than 30% of the population supporting impeachment before the whistleblower complaint, and the complaint itself is not expected to make that number rise much. Democrats yet push forward, almost as if they have no choice, like they are walking a plank and being prodded from behind by the Squad of Progressive Congresswomen at sword point on a gangplank of toward oblivion. Yet Pelosi and Schumer walk ever farther down the gangplank toward the perilous edge.
Make no mistake America we are in the fight for our very freedom, to those of you who do not vote, or think your vote doesn’t matter, it does. The left has always been good about getting out the vote, those on the conservative right, Libertarians, Constitutionalists, and Republicans, all need to band together in the support of our ideals as American and our Constitutional Rights and support President Trump in this fight.
I am placing for my readers the full text of the proposed law that would make most of us criminals. This is just another attempt by Portland to govern the rest of Oregon, it is imperative that Oregon enact some sort of protection against Portland ruling the rest of the state through it’s liberal ideology and propaganda.
With a little more than a hundred thousand signatures needed to pass, a measure outlawing semi-rifles with detachable magazines would be placed on the 2020 ballot the people of Portland will get that in an afternoon. Weapons such as the Ruger 10-22, a popular sporting rifle would be outlawed under this measure, not to mention AR-15 style rifles, AK-47 style rifles.
Below is the measure which I have read, and when I read it I was physically ill, it is a clear violation of the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution. I encourage everyone of you to also read it and tell your friends about it and to vote “no.” I hate the very thought of something like this measure even having the possibility of passing. This is clearly an attempt to disarm the populace of the state one step at a time and as such should be seen by you the reader.

During the most recent Democratic debate Democrats again disappointed many Americans even more than the left already does by stating that they were not only going to make sure they went to a single payer insurance Medicare for all type plan, but that they were also going to take away your AR-15 and AK-47 type rifles.
Both Senator Bernie Sanders (D) and Senator Elizabeth Warren (D) claimed they would put a single payer Medicare for all type plan in place at the cost of more than 30 trillion dollars. Former Vice President Joe Biden (D) asked them each how they would pay for it, and they each said the same thing, that they would make the wealthy pay for it and reduce the amount the middle class pays to do it. Senator Klobuchar sided with Biden in chiding Warren and Sanders for attempting to put a single payer healthcare plan for all in place on the backs of Americans who already have insurance.
Robert Francis O’Rourke (Beto) said he was coming for your guns, if elected he would make sure to take away all AR-15 and AK-47 style rifles from all Americans, pretty much assuring he will not be elected. Not everyone echoed his sentiment during the debate, but many clapped and knodded, which in and of itself was worrisome.
Julian Castro attacked Biden’s memory in what looked to be an attempt to prop his failing campaign up. Senator Cory Booker (D) later echoed the sentiment on Twitter, saying that Democrats cannot afford someone who in a long campaign cannot get the ball across the line. Most of the debate centered on each candidate trying to out Anti-Trump the others, with Tulsi Gabbard (D) most notably missing from the debate stage amid controversy that the DNC is again “fixing” the primary for it’s perceived favorites Warren and Harris.
On Thursday the Oregon Supreme Court made the decision that says the trash inside of containers on private property are the sole property of the owner. With police having used tactics in the past to claim bags of garbage left out for investigation purposes, they will now have to change that tactic and find other ways to obtain that evidence.
Other people that go through garbage, such as homeless, the press, or professional dumpster divers can now be prosecuted for theft if they remove or even get into the containers to get items out. With the items in the bags and cans being yours until they are claimed by the garbage company, and even then the police cannot ask the garbage company to save the items for them anymore without a valid search warrant.
With opinion read by the court it seems the Oregon Supreme Court has sided with personal liberties over the states interests. “The state’s residents have a reasonable expectation that after they leave their trash in opaque bins covered with a lid, no one, including the garbage hauler’s employees, will inspect it without a warrant.”
Containers on public property will still be open to inspection and can be sifted through by anyone, Containers on private property cannot, even if you can see into them.
One Gresham resident wondered if the law would backfire if perhaps some puppies or a baby were left in a container on private property. The answer is simple for that, it is called “exigent circumstance,” meaning that if the life of a person or animal were in danger the police would not have to stop to get a warrant to get the person or animal out of the enclosed container, the could simply do it under Oregon’s caretaking laws.
With the recent seven hour CNN town hall on climate change Democrats running for President in 2020 have just about went off the rails of acceptable behaviour. With almost all of the candidates wanting to achieve the goal of having the U.S. as a carbon neutral country by 2050.
I had to look up “Carbon Neutrality” to make sure I knew what it meant, and it is defined as being a country that takes more carbon out of the environment than it puts into it. Which in and of itself sounds like a great goal, with the U.S. putting less than 10% of the worlds current carbon footprint into play, we might be putting the cart before the horse if we cannot get countries like China, India, and Russia to play along. The three aforementioned countries together put into the environment roughly 65% of the worlds current carbon footprint, and pretty much act like they could care less about doing it. So even if the U.S. would or could become carbon neutral, would the world? With Democrats having high tensions with Russia, and being notoriously soft of China in the past I think the answer is a hard “No.”
Some of the frontrunners in the Democratic campaign for President made some pretty far reaching statements. Senator Cory Booker (NJ, D.) said that all future policies should be informed by climate change. With Kamela Harris (CA, D.) calling on Trump to lead or get out of the way, failing to acknowledge Trump putting environmental cleanup measures into effect with regard to plastics in the ocean, instead she called for the Democrats to take control of both houses of Congress so they could pass measures needed to combat climate change.
Former Vice President Joe Biden had his left eye suddenly fill with blood during the event, with Biden’s campaign being plagued with physical and mental health questions, Biden being 76 years old has recently been mistaken on many stories and speeches along his campaign trail. Biden made claims during the town hall that if we created a high speed rail line from one side of the country to the other we could take millions of vehicles off the road, yet when this has been tried on a smaller scale in the U.S. it has been problematic and filled with corruption.
Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA, D) made her own memorable moment when she suggested that if we do not take immediate action on climate change essentially the world would end in 2030 unless we reduce our greenhouse gas by at least half, basically quoting a previously error filled rant by Ocasio Cortez, that was a misquote of Ronald Bailey’s Reasons. Reasons says that if nothing is done about climate change right now, the worlds GDP would be reduced by 8.2% as a worst case scenario. Warren went on to say she was against more nuclear power, stating that she wanted more solar power, even though studies show solar power panels place 300 times more waste into the environment.
Senator Bernie Sanders (VT, D) addressed global over-population by saying that education of women on not reproducing as a way to reduce the world’s population. Even the United Nations has said the world’s population is likely to decline starting around 2100 according to their studies, and with birth rates declining it was like Bernie was trying to find a phantom to blame the crisis on.
By reading the preceding paragraphs you the reader can get the gist of what it was like to endure a seven hour CNN town hall on climate change, this was an event that even the Democratic National Committee refused to host. Audience members were nodding off, and the marathon was too much for most.
A couple weeks ago I wrote an article about vaping and it’s connection to lung disease, well now apparently it has been credited with a few deaths. Health Officials in Oregon, Indiana, and North Dakota investigate deaths that look to be connected to vaping.
An Illinois resident died last month in connection with e-cigarettes. The case in Oregon being looked at is a vaping device purchased from a cannabis dispensary, before becoming ill, they are said to have purchased the device in July of 2019.
With my prior report the number of vaping related lung disease was at 200 nationwide, the number has since risen to some 330 cases. With the number of states claiming incidents climbing to over two dozen nationwide.
With Health Alerts issued in Ohio to immediately stop using vaping devices for safety reasons. Perhaps Oregon should issue the same warning to it’s citizens. Doctors have attributed the rise in lung disease to the contaminants being inhaled such as nickel, tin, and lead. With flavored cigarettes also showing a link to serious lung disease.
This week Michigan issued a ban on e-cigarettes, becoming the first state to issue such a ban due to the health concerns. The ban will cover both online and in-store sales of all e-cigarette flavors except tobacco. It will take effect in a few weeks, and allow businesses 30 days to comply.
With a sharp rise of e-cigarette use among students of 78% in just the years 2017 and 2018. It will be years before the full extent of the damage from E-cigarettes can be established, but one thing is for sure, they look to be no healthier for you than cigarettes.
